Achieved successful result on the part of the employer finding no responsibility on contractor’s part. Represented contractor on litigation involving multiple mechanics’ liens and issues of lien priority between lenders and contractors on large commercial contract with defaulted developer.

Personal injuries caused by toxic air emissions. Represented the Plaintiff. The trial ended in a hung jury, rescheduled, but the case was ultimately settled before the second trial commenced.
